Return Policy

At Curtain Krafts, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or replacements may be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos/video as proof.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition at the time of reporting the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products (size-cut strips, specific dimensions, customized rolls, special colors).

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse by the customer.

  • Normal variations in thickness, color tone, or flexibility of PVC material.

3. Replacement Process

  • Once a defect is verified, Curtain Krafts will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.

  • Replacement timelines may vary based on product availability.

  • In rare cases where replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, Curtain Krafts will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For customer-initiated returns (non-defective cases), shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the order.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before production or cutting begins.

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
