Pricing & Taxes

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes (GST and others, if any) will be charged as per government regulations.

Order Confirmation

Orders will be processed only after written confirmation and advance payment (if applicable). Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Delayed payments may lead to order hold or cancellation. Goods will be dispatched only after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to logistical factors. Curtain Krafts is not responsible for delays caused by transport, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Installation

Installation services are provided only if agreed beforehand. Any additional work, tools, or hardware required at the site may involve extra charges.

Warranty & Quality Assurance

Our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch. Warranty, if provided, covers manufacturing defects only and does not include wear and tear, improper installation, or misuse.

Returns & Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Liability

Curtain Krafts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct usage and maintenance.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content used by Curtain Krafts are protected. Copying or reproducing them without permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in our operating city.
